Not everything you look at is what it seems…
You think you’re seeing art, but are you really? Or is something standing in the way – subtle, unnoticed, yet quietly affecting your view? Light bends, reflections dance, and invisible forces work against what was meant to be clear.
There’s more than meets the eye – a hidden world of reflections, unseen threats, and choices that shape how we experience art and how long it lasts. Are you ready to uncover the truth? Keep reading – because once you do, you’ll never look at art the same way again.
HAVE YOU EVER SEEN A GREATER DIFFERENCE CAUSED BY JUST A 7% CHANGE?
This is regular glass and Artglass anti-reflective glass. Regular glass reflects 8% of light, while anti-reflective glass reflects less than 1%. It may seem like a small difference, but as you can see for yourself, those few percentage points can drastically change the view.
Imagine looking at your favorite artwork or a cherished photograph, only to be distracted by glare and reflections. While regular glass reflects 8% of light, dulling the clarity of what’s behind it. Anti-reflective glass, on the other hand, reflects down to 0,6%, making colors richer, details sharper, and your viewing experience effortless. A mere 7% difference – but the impact? Night and day. Don’t let reflections steal the spotlight!
Could ultraviolet light be the silent destroyer of your masterpieces?
Unfortunately, the answer is YES – Ultraviolet light is one of the biggest threats to artwork.
Think about it: you wouldn’t stare directly into the sun without sunglasses. The light is too intense, it strains your eyes, and without protection, the damage is real. The same goes to artwork. Exposed to UV rays, colors fade, paper weakens, and delicate details gradually disappear.
Shockingly, fading will become noticeable in just six months, and over time, valuable pieces can be permanently damaged. Here’s where it gets even more surprising – regular glass offers little to no protection against these harmful rays. While it may block dust and physical damage, it does almost nothing to stop UV light from breaking down pigments and materials. This leaves your artwork exposed and vulnerable to irreversible deterioration.
But here’s the good news – you can fight back with proper glazing!
To get a clear understanding of the difference, we conducted a test.
As shown in the image, we used a special ultraviolet light and two different types of glass to compare their effectiveness.
The results speak for themselves: under regular glass, UV rays pass through almost entirely, causing potential long-term damage.
In contrast, Artglass with 99% UV light block remains crystal clear, ensuring your artwork stays vibrant and protected for years to come.
Just like you wouldn’t risk your vision without sunglasses, why risk your artwork without proper UV protection?
And one more thing…
Do you want to see a cloudy acrylic or true art?
Not all acrylics are created equal. When you frame an artwork, a photograph, or a cherished memory, you expect to see it in all its brilliance — sharp, vivid, and undisturbed. But what if the glazing meant to protect it ends up hiding it?
Take a look at the anti-reflective acrylic difference.
On the left, other anti-reflective acrylic dulls the view, trapping light and creating an unwanted haze that stands between you and the art. The colors lose their depth, the details fade into obscurity, and what should be a masterpiece turns into a mere shadow of itself.
On the right, Artglass Lifetime Acrylic changes everything. The glare disappears, the colors intensify, and the details emerge as they were meant to be seen — clear, pure, and uninterrupted.
This isn’t just transparency. This is the art of seeing.
The difference is right in front of your eyes. The question is — will you settle for a cloudy view, or will you choose to see art in its true light?
Art is meant to be experienced in its purest form — without distractions, without distortions, without the silent forces working against it. Yet, for so long, reflections have masked true colors, UV light has stolen time from masterpieces, and inferior glazing has dulled the brilliance meant to be seen.
But now, you know the truth. You’ve witnessed the difference a mere 7% can make. You’ve seen how the right protection can preserve not just art, but the emotions, stories, and history within it. No longer is your view clouded by glare, nor is your artwork left vulnerable to time’s steady decay.
Once you’ve uncovered what was hidden in plain sight, there’s no looking back.
The question is no longer can you see the difference? — it’s how could you ever settle for anything less?
